学分制条件下高校学生管理工作浅析

On college management system of students' affairs under condition of credit system

高等教育的发展正处在三大转变时期,学年制管理向学分制管理转变在三大转变中处于较重要的地位。文章提出了学分制条件下高校学生管理工作的一些作法,并从转变观念,以人为本,积极为学生服务,强化"自我教育",发挥学生主动性,完善学生管理工作体制,建立系统完善的"导师制"管理模式,努力提高学生管理工作者自身素质等方面进行了阐述。

Higher education has rapidly developed into an important period of changes, among which the change from academic year system to credit system comes first. The credit system naturally requires colleges to operate on the following principles： focusing on students and serving for students, emphasizing ＇self-education＇ and bringing their initiative into full play, com- pleting management system of students affairs, building up tutorial system and raising the overall quality of the administrator. On the basis of the principles, this paper aims to search the effective approaches to construct college management system of students affairs under the condition of credit system.
