建筑企业集团财务管理信息化实施分析

Research on the Implementation of Financial Management Informatization of Architecture Group Enterprises

建筑企业集团财务管理信息化建设存在的问题主要表现在企业管理体制落后、人员素质较低、软件开发技术落后、会计数据存在安全隐患、网络系统的运行易受干扰等方面。针对这些问题,从实施管理创新和制度创新、提高人员认识和素质、软件开发和实际相结合、实施财务风险控制等方面提出了加快建筑企业集团财务管理信息化建设的对策。

There are some problems in the construction of finanial management informatization for archiecture group enterprises, such as, unperfect enterprise management system, low personnel quality, the backward of software exploitation technique, potential safety hazard in the accountant data, easy disturbance of systematic operation of network and so on. Aiming at these problems, this paper puts forward the methods to accelerate the construction of financial management informatization for architecture group enterprises as follows： carrying out the innovation of management and system, improving the personnel＇s cognitin and quality, combining software exploitation with the reality, implementing the control of financial risk.
