康复治疗对脑梗塞患者血浆内皮素的影响

Effect of Rehabilitation Treatment on Plasma Endothelia in Patients with Cerebral Infarction

采用放射免疫法测定54例脑梗塞患者血浆内皮素水平变化，其中28例为康复治疗组，另26例为对照组，并与20例正常人的血浆内皮素水平进行比较．结果发现脑梗塞患者的血浆内皮素水平明显高于正常人（P2，3＜0.001）。康复治疗前治疗组与对照组血浆内皮素水平无明显差异（P1＞0．05），经综合康复治疗后，治疗组患者血浆内皮素水平明显降低（P＜0．001），与正常人比较无明显差异（P＞0．05）；对照组治疗前后则无明显变化（P＞0.05）。说明康复治疗具有防治血栓形成，降脑梗塞患者血浆内皮素水平的作用．

Radioimmunoassay (RIA) was used to assay the changes of plasma endothelia in 54 patients with cerebral infarction among which 28 cases were classified as rehabilitation treatment group and 26 as con trol group. The comparison between the above groups with 20 normal people was performed. The results showed that the levels of plasma endothelia were significantly decreased in treated group after rehabilitation treatment (P<0.001 ), but no obvious difference in control group was found (P>0. 05). lt was also found that the level of plasma endothelia of the patients with cerebral infarction were statistica1ly higher than that of normal people (P<0. 001). After rehabilitation treatment , the levels of plasma endothelia in the patients were obviously decreased, reaching or closing to the normal levet (P>0. 05), suggesting that the rehabilita tion treatment can prevent the thrombosis formation and decrease the level of plasma endothelia of the pa tients with cerebral infarction.
