摘要
目的:探讨房水丛管腔内壁内皮细胞及其细胞间连接在高眼压房水流出中的作用。方法:巩膜环扎法造成兔眼高眼压动物模型,透射电镜观察持续不同时间高眼压兔眼房水丛内壁内皮细胞及其细胞间连接的超微结构变化。结果:高眼压3d、1周房水丛内皮细胞胞质变薄,胞突互相包绕形成假空泡,细胞连接和间隙正常;高眼压3、4周内皮细胞更薄,胞质内大空泡减少,细胞间连接存在,细胞间隙无扩张,假空泡消失。结论:高眼压下内皮细胞假空泡的出现是增加房水流出的一种反应。
Objective: To search for the function of the endothelial cells lining the inner wall of aqueousplexus and the intercellular junctions in intraocular hypertension. Methods:Sclro-circular compression wasperformed to make a model of intraocular hypertension. the endothelial cell lining the inner wall of aqueous plexus and the intercellular junctions were observed by transmission electron microscope. Results:When intraocular hypertension continued for 3 days to 1 week. the cytoplasm of the endothelial cell became attenuated,the cytoplasm processes were interlaced each other and formed pseudovacuoles. The intercellular junctions and intercellular spaces were normal. when intraocular hypertension continued for 3to 4 weeks,the macrovacuoles in the endothelial cells were gradually decreased in number. The intercellular junction still existed,there was no enlargement of intercellular spaces,and pseudoacuoles disappeared.Conclusions: The appearance of pesudovacuoles in intraocular hypertension may serve as areaction to increasing aqueous humor out flow.
