复方马钱子片治疗类风湿性关节炎双盲观察

Observation on Double Blind Method for Rhematoid Arthritis Treated with Semen Strychni Co. Tablet,

本临床试验采用随机双盲法,共观察患者120例,1号组为治疗组,2号组为对照组,各60例。1号组服用复方马钱子片,临床治愈1例(1.7％),显效27例(45.0％),有效26例(43.3％),总有效率为90.0％。对照组服用风湿马钱片,临床无治愈例,显效16例(26.7％),有效33例(55.0％),总有效率81.7％。经统计学处理,复方马钱子片临床疗效明显优于风湿马钱片(P<0.05),且无明显的毒副作用。

One - hundred - twenty cases were randomly divided into 2 groups, each 60, one for treatment and the other for control, observed by double blind method. For the treatment group treated by Semen Strychni Co. tablet. 1 case was clinically cured (1. 7%). 27 markedly effective (45.0%), 26 effective (43.3%), total effective rate being 91. 0%. For the controlled group, treated by Fengshi Maqian tablet, no cured case was observed, 16 cases were markedly effective (26.7%), 33 effective (55.0%) , the totaleffective rate being 81%. The results showed that Kushen Co. tablet was superior to Fengshi Maqian tablet (P<0. 05) with no obvious side toxicor effect.
