摘要
河南信阳大唐华豫发电有限公司干除灰灰库1600mm超厚现浇板模板支撑体系的施工中,选择了型钢支撑方案,采取了环形柱网、核心区域设置高支撑钢管立柱以及利用搭设粗钢管三铰排架向边缘构件上卸荷等技术措施,解决了下层梁板不能承受本层施工荷载的难题。通过方案的优化和实施,确保超厚现浇板一次性浇筑成功。
In the construction of the formwork and support system of 1,600mm thick concrete slab in the ash storage of Datanghuayu Power Co. in Xinyang, Henan, profiled steel was used to support formwork. Steel post ring grid was adopted, high supporting posts were erected in core area, and three-hinged thick steel pipe rows were made use of to transfer load to the edge structure. By all these technical measures, the construction load was transferred to and borne by the lower beams and floors. The optimization and implementation of the construction program has ensured the successful placement of the super thick concrete slab at one time.
