胆囊切除术中输入含糖平衡液对血糖和电解质影响 被引量:3

摘要 30例ASAⅠ~Ⅱ级在连硬麻醉下施行择期胆囊切除术患者随机平分为两组:含糖(1.33%)平衡液组和林格氏液组。两组分别于输液前、输液1h及术毕采血测定血糖及电解质。结果:含糖平衡液组输液后1h及术毕血糖分别为7.43±0.97和6.99±1.11mmol/L,林格氏液组为8.21±1.07和7.22±1.24mmol/L,与各组输液前基值比较有统计学差异(P<0.05),但两组同期比较无显著性差异(P>0.05),两组血电解质各参数均在正常范围。提示术中输入含糖平衡液血糖升高是应激反应的结果,输液不会进一步使血糖增加,且对血电解质影响小。因此,对于心肺功能正常行择期中等手术病人,含糖平衡液不失为一种较合理的选择。 Thirty ASAⅠ Ⅱ patients undergoing selective cholecystectomy were randomly assigned to two groups: blanced solution with glucose(1 33%) group (GLR group, n=15) and Ringer's solution group(LR group, n=15). Blood glucose and electrolytes were determined in both groups beforeinfusion, one hour after infusion and at the end of operation, Results show that in GLR group blood glucose was 7 43±0 97 and 6 99±1 11mmol/L, in LR group 8 21±1 07 and 7 22±1 24mmol/L one hour after infusion and at the end of operation respectively, which were statistically significant (P<0 05) compared with that beforeinfusion. No remarkable difference was found between two groups at the same sample time. Electrolyte values were in normal limits in both groups. Above results suggest that hyperglycemia results from stress response to surgery. we conclude that blanced solution with glucose might be a reasonable fluid for patients with normal cardio pulmonary function scheduled for selective middle operation.
