腹腔镜胆囊切除术CO_2气腹对脑脊液压的影响 被引量:2

Effect of CO 2 Pneumoperitoneum on Cerebrospinal Eluid Pressure during Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy

摘要 在腹腔镜胆囊切除术500例中,选择30例患者应用航天医学工程研究所LOY-Ⅲ型颅内压监测仪于术中对脑脊液压(CSFP)作了连续监测,观察插管前、插管后、CO2气腹过程中及手术后CSFP的变化情况。发现气腹过程中CSFP与气腹压呈趋势一致的升降,提示气腹对CSFP产生显著影响。 Cerebrospinal fluid pressure(CSFP) was measured continouosly in 30 cases of laparoscopic cholecystectomy.The results show that intraCSFP rose significantly during the course of CO 2 pneumoperitoneum.as CSFP can refleet the change of intracranial pussure(ICP),we suppose that ICP changes concurrently with CSFP.The rising of ICP might be due to the cerebral vasodilatation effect of increased PaCO2 caused by CO 2 absorption through peritoneum.
