摘要
对内蒙地砷病病区人群通过饮水而暴露于不同形态砷化合物的种类和水平进行了研究。结果表明,病区饮水中砷主要以无机砷形式存在,其中As(Ⅴ)水平高于As(Ⅲ),有机砷普遍以低浓度水平存在于水中。在该病区开展饮水中不同形态砷暴露水平与地砷病发病关系的横断面流行病学研究所得数据资料,无论单因素分层分析还是多元逐步Logistic回归分析,结果均显示不同形态砷暴露对地砷病的发病有着不同程度的影响,地砷病的患病率随饮水中无机砷水平的升高而上升,其中以As(Ⅲ)最为显著,而有机砷的影响不明显。
The levels and species of arsenic exposure through drinking water to the population of chronic endemic arsenism area in Inner Mongolia were studied.The results indicated that the dominant species of arsenic in well water were inorganic arsenic compounds,in which the levels of As(Ⅴ) were higher than those of As(Ⅲ),and the concentrations of organic species of arsenic were always very low(<0 05mg/L).The cross-sectional studies on relationship between levels of different species of arsenic in drinking water and the prevalence rates of arsenism were carried out by the stratified analysis and multiple LOGISTIC regression analysis.Results showed that there was positive correlation between the concentrations of the two inorganic arsenic species and prevalence rates of arsenism,in which As(Ⅲ) had a higher correlation coefficient than that of As(Ⅴ) .As for the organic species,no correlation could be found because of the very low levels of them in waters.Our studies bring to light the necessity of studying the levels and species of arsenic exposure through the drinking water to the population of chronic endemic arsenism area.
