慢性氟中毒对大鼠胰岛机能与形态的影响 被引量:3

摘要 为观察慢性氟中毒对大鼠胰岛的影响,选用wistar大白鼠饮用100mg/L高氟水一年,复制慢性氟中毒动物模型。结果显示,氟中毒大鼠血清胰岛素含量较对照组显著升高(P<0.001),胰高糖素水平略有下降;胰岛组织化学染色的形态学定量分析研究也证实,胰岛面积显著增加(P<0.05),胰岛素样反应阳性产物面积也有一定程度的增加,同时,胰岛形状因子显著变小(P<0.05)。 An experimental model of chronic fluoride poisoning was produced in rats kept on a stock diet and drinking water supplemented with excess fluoride (100mg/L)for one year.The radionimmunoassay of pancreatic island endocrine was used and morphological quantitative analysis was done.The results showed that serum insulin content increases significantly and serum glucagon decreases.It is also proved that the pancreatic island areas and insulin-like reactive positive product areas increase and the shape factor decreases obviously through combined use of histochemistry staining and picture analysis methods.These results indicated that there is influence on pancreatic island of rats in chronic fluoride poisoning.
