摘要
利用低碘大鼠模型分时段喂养,于六个月测定甲状腺功能及细胞抗氧化能力。FT4及TT4浓度显著降低,TT3浓度与同期对照组无显著性差异。血中CAT及GPx活性显著高于对照组,SOD活性则显著降低。同时酶活性与LPO比值也显示了同样的结果。两组血中LPO含量无显著性差异。LI组甲状腺组织中三个抗氧化酶活性均显著增高,GPx/LPO也表明了同样的结果,但CAT/LPO/及SOD/LPO未显示两组间有显著性差异。甲状腺肿同时还伴有细胞抗氧化能力的改变。
The levels of thyroid hormones(FT 4,TT 4,TT 3)and the activities of antioxidative enzymes in blood and thyroid tissue were studied in iodine deficient rats.In blood for group LI,the concentrations of FT 4 and TT 4 were lower significantly,and there was no differece in TT 3 compared with the control.The activities of CAT and GPx were higher,but SOD was much lower.The ratios of enzyme activities to LPO showed the same tendencies.There was no difference for concentration of LPO between the two groups.From results of thyroid tissue the activities for antioxidation of three enzyme were higher in group LI.GPx/LPO showed the same result,but CAT/LPO and SOD/LPO did not tell deficiencies.The concentration of LPO was higher in group LI.The finding indicated that iodine deficiency is not only the reason for goiter but also may change the capability for antioxidation,and the damage caused by free radical may concern with the production and exacerbation of goiter.
