摘要 研究显示许多糖尿病易感基因多态性与糖尿病及其并发症的发生有民族间的差异。笔者曾对甘肃回、汉两个民族2型糖尿病（2DM）、糖尿病肾病患者Apo-E的遗传多态性进行研究^[1]，除了易感基因多态性存在明显的差异，2DM患者脂类代谢也存在明显的种族间差异^[2]。近年来2DM发病率升高趋势不仅表现在城镇和经济发达地区，
