摘要
通过对内六角螺钉的成分分析和组织检验,分析了其头部镦断的原因。结果表明,原料中存在硅酸铝夹杂,使螺钉塑性降低,造成其头部镦断。
The reason of cracking on the socket head screw is analyzed by means of composition analysis and microstructure tests, The results show that the presence of impurities （3A12O3·SiO2） leads to the decrease of plasticity of socket head screw and the cracking of its head.
