摘要
目的研究地塞米松的药物剂量与小鼠胚胎纤维母细胞(mouseembryofibroblasts,MEF)生长增殖之间的相关关系。方法采用细胞培养方法观察不同浓度的地塞米松对MEF的影响。结果50μg/ml(0.005%)的地塞米松在48~72小时内,使MEF的细胞计数比对照组减少16%~26%,而1~10μg/ml(0.0001%~0.001%)的地塞米松对MEF无明显的抑制作用。
Objective To study of the relationship between inhibition of the growth rate of mouse embryonic fibroblasts (MEF) and the dosage of dexamethasone. Method Cell culture. Results The effect was observed from 48 to 72 hours after addition of 50 μg/ml (0.005%) dexamethasone. In comparison with the control, the number of MEF was cut down by 16%~26%, whereas the addition of dexamethasone between 1 μg/ml and 10 μg/ml (0.000 1~0.001%) had no significant effect on the rate of growth of MEF. Conclusion The minimal dosage of dexamethasone has no significant inhibitory effect on the growth rate of fibroblasts and wound healing.
