微量地塞米松对小鼠胚胎纤维母细胞分裂增殖的影响

The effect of minimal dexamethasone on the rate of growth of mouse embryonic fibroblasts in vitro

目的研究地塞米松的药物剂量与小鼠胚胎纤维母细胞（ｍｏｕｓｅｅｍｂｒｙｏｆｉｂｒｏｂｌａｓｔｓ，ＭＥＦ）生长增殖之间的相关关系。方法采用细胞培养方法观察不同浓度的地塞米松对ＭＥＦ的影响。结果５０μｇ／ｍｌ（０．００５％）的地塞米松在４８～７２小时内，使ＭＥＦ的细胞计数比对照组减少１６％～２６％，而１～１０μｇ／ｍｌ（０．０００１％～０．００１％）的地塞米松对ＭＥＦ无明显的抑制作用。

Objective To study of the relationship between inhibition of the growth rate of mouse embryonic fibroblasts (MEF) and the dosage of dexamethasone. Method Cell culture. Results The effect was observed from 48 to 72 hours after addition of 50 μg/ml (0.005%) dexamethasone. In comparison with the control, the number of MEF was cut down by 16%～26%, whereas the addition of dexamethasone between 1 μg/ml and 10 μg/ml (0.000 1～0.001%) had no significant effect on the rate of growth of MEF. Conclusion The minimal dosage of dexamethasone has no significant inhibitory effect on the growth rate of fibroblasts and wound healing.
