摘要
本文采用可编程序控制器(PLC)和变频器实现切割机的自动控制,着重分析和说明了系统控制方案、实现的功能和软、硬件结构的设计。实际运行表明,本系统功能强、性能好、可靠性高,对于工业企业实现相关机床的改造具有较高的参考价值。
It described and presented advantages about PLC and frequency converter are adopted to execute auto control of cutter. Practical application shows that the system has many advantages in function, performance and reliability. Which valuable for machine tools improving.
