摘要
现有技术整合概念的演进历程,在此基础上提出一个相对系统和完善的技术整合概念。基于该概念,着重分析技术整合的实现过程,提出包括技术甄选、技术转移、技术重构在内的技术整合三阶段过程模型,并阐述该模型的实践指导意义。
Based on the analysis of the evolution of technology integration, a relative systematic and perfect concept is proposed. Under this concept, a three phase model of technology integration process is built after analyzing the studies on technology integration processes. Technology choice, technology transfer, technology rebuild are included in the model. At the last, the guiding significance of the results from this paper is simply analyzed in practice of enterprise technology integration.
