学术浮躁、学术腐败和一些违反科研诚信事件的频繁出现,对我国进一步加强科研诚信建设提出了迫切要求。本文运用信息经济学、制度经济学、博弈论的最新研究成果和方法,在对科研失信行为等基本概念科学界定的基础上,深入系统的分析了基金项目负责人科研失信行为背后的制度原因,并据此提出了完善基金项目负责人科研信誉管理制度的对策建议。以引导基金项目负责人的科研守信行为,约束其科研失信行为。

In recent years,with the frequent appearance of academic impetuous, academic corruption and some violations scientific research reputation event. It set the urgent request to our country to further strengthened the scientific research reputation construction. This article utilizes the newest research result of the information economics, the institution economics and the game theory. We give the basic concept of the behavior to violations scientific research reputation. We also analysis the institution reason of the behavior to the violations scientific research reputation, and according to the above put forward the consummation proposal of scientific research reputation management.
