摘要
结合Christensen的动机/能力框架,提出认知是非市场因素对企业作用机制先导的理念,并从(替代性)行业发展状况、国家宏观创新环境,以及标准制定和知识产权战略的角度,分别论述企业对问题认知的重点和所采取的策略。通过我国3G产业的发展状况以及和日、韩两国3G产业的对比,验证非市场因素对创新的巨大影响作用。最后,对我国3G产业未来的发展方向提出建议。
Nonmarket factors such as capital, resource and policy was considered as the external variable in traditional economic theolies, which could not provide a perfect explanation that how these factors affect the motivation and the action of the enterprises in industry. This paper combines the "motovation/ability" framework carried out by Christensen, and regards the cognition as the first thing before the motivation and the ability was shaped. How the strategies come out from the proper cognition is also discussed from the dimension of the history and status of the industry development, the extent how the countries' macro environment supporting innovation, and the policy of technology standard as well as the IPR. Some advices are also given for the future development of Chinese 3G industry, comparing to the experience of Korea and Japan.
