Diffusion mechanism of process innovation in manufacturing

从分析以工艺创新为基础的工艺创新和产品创新的交互作用出发,讨论了工艺创新的扩散机制。认为工艺创新的扩散分为内部扩散和外部扩散两种形式,前者是指由一项工艺创新,以产品为中介,引发出一系列新的工艺创新,后者是指一项成功的工艺创新可以导致一系列新产品的开发成功。通过对哈尔滨工业大学无模液压胀形工艺技术开发这一典型案例,进一步讨论了这一扩散机制。

Basing on the process innovation, and beginning with the alternation model of process innovation and product innovation, this paper discusses the diffusion of process innovation. This paper thinks that the diffusion of process innovation has two forms including internal and external diffusion. The former is that the product served as medium, and one innovation can arouse a series of innovation, and the latter is that a successful innovation may result in a series of new products. Through the case of dieless hydro - forming sphere technology （ invented by Prof. Wang Zhongren in Harbin Institute of Technology） , this paper gives a further discussion about this kind of diffusion mechanism.
