摘要
通过正交实验与结果分析,研究了茶叶废料添加量以及不同工艺条件对复合中密度纤维板的静曲强度、内结合强度、甲醛释放量的影响,并确定了制板的较佳工艺条件:茶叶废料加入量为10%,热压温度185℃,热压时间为10min。实验结果表明,茶叶废料可有效地降低中密度纤维板的甲醛释放量;茶叶废料加入量为10%时,对纤维板的静曲强度与内结合强度影响不大,产品的静曲强度和内结合强度均可达到国家标准。
Through the orthogonal experimental method and the results analysis, studying the amount of waste tea leaves and different process effect on the, static bending, internal bonding and formaldehyde emission of MDF, and determining the optimum process of manufacturing panels: The optimum process parameters are waste tea leaves 10%, pressing temperature 185℃ and pressing time 10min; The waste tea leaves have the ability to abate formaldehyde emission value; The static bending strength and internal bonding strength of the middle density fiberboard with 10% (W/W) waste tea leaves are reduced slightly, however, the static bending strength and internal bonding strength can meet the requirement of GB/T 17657-1999.
