摘要 根据现行规范的"三水准"设防目标定义结构的性能水平及性能目标,从满足性能目标的Pushover分析结果出发,分析了框架结构弹性刚度、设计承载力取值以及梁柱端配箍特征值三因素对Pushover曲线走势的影响.一方面,找出能够满足性能目标的结构弹性刚度及设计承载力取值;另一方面,通过变形能力设计方法,验证了现行规范框架结构的构造措施基本满足变形能力要求.建立了以规范的抗震设计过程为基础,能够满足结构性能目标的一种新的抗震设计方法,并通过算例分析说明了该方法的基本过程. The structural performance level and performance objective are determined based on Chinese code's "three levels". Based on the performance evaluation results by pushover analysis, the elastic stiffness, the design bearing capacity value and the transverse reinforcement characteristic value of beams and columns which influence structural pushover curve are analyzed respectively. The structural elastic stiffness and design bearing capacity value that satisfy the bear capacity demand are obtained. On the Other hand, it proves that the structural measures specified by current code satisfy the deformation demand. A new seismic design method for frames that could satisfy the performance objective is proposed, and an example is used to illustrate the procedure of this method.
