摘要 通过化学涂层处理,制备了涂锰砂、涂铁砂和氧化锰涂层活性氧化铝(MOCA)改性滤料.扫描电镜(SEM)观测显示在石英砂、活性氧化铝表面分别形成了致密氧化铁涂层和针状二氧化锰涂层,吸附试验揭示涂锰砂、涂铁砂和MOCA的氟吸附过程符合二级反应速率模型,对比氟吸附容量、吸附速率和再生性能,氧化铁涂层优于氧化锰涂层,氧化铁和氧化锰涂层氟吸附适宜的pH值分别为5.0和6.0~8.0,氧化锰涂层处理提高了活性氧化铝的氟吸附性能. Preparing coated media was made by chemistry coated treatment. The analysis by SEM revealed that manganeseoxide-coated sand (MOCS) and manganese-oxide-coated alumina (MOCA) wers covered with aciculate MnO2, iron-oxide-coated sand (IOCS) was cover with compact Fe2O3. The experiment results showed that the fluoride sorption on preparing coated media followed pseudo-second kinetics with a correlation coefficient greater than 0.96. Based on the adsorption capacity, the reaction rate and regeneration potential from batch and column experiments, the iron oxide was found to be suitable for fluoride adsorption. The pH value affected remarkably the performance of fluoride sorption on preparing coated media. Coated treatment with manganese oxide could improve the efficiency of fluoride adsorption on activated alumina.
