建立高职院校教师资格认证制度的几个问题 被引量:5

摘要 我国高职教育发展实践证明,必须建立属于高职院校的教师资格认证制度,以体现具有独立模式和鲜明特征的高职院校教师队伍的特殊性。为此,必须厘清以下问题:建立该制度的必要性和可行性、理论框架、任职标准以及高职院校的"大学精神"。目前,建立高职院校教师资格认证制度正逢其时,应以技术哲学作为高职教育哲学基础来设计该制度的理论框架,应从教育背景、高职理念、企业经历、专业知识、个人技能、个性品质等方面考虑任职标准,同时,确立并践行高职院校"大学精神",即基于"技兼于道"的技术哲学思想的"职业精神",为催生科学精神和人文底蕴兼备的专业化教师队伍提供肥沃的土壤。 The development of higher vocational education calls tbr establlslament OT leacners Ceruucate system characteristic of the unique features of faculty in higher vocational education. Consequently, issues are to be clarified such as the necessity and feasibility of the system, theoretical framework, criteria for qualification, and motto of vocational colleges. Teacher's certificate system in vocational colleges should be established within the framework of technology philosophy, and criteria of qualification should take the following factors into consideration such as educational background, understanding of higher vocational education, technological know-how, expertise, and characters. Besides, the motto of higher vocation, that is, professionalism based on an integration of technology and personal growth, should be recognized and put into practice to foster a faculty with a background of professional expertise and a humanitarian touch.
