摘要
教师是教学的主体,教师工作满意度是学校健康发展的动力源泉。本研究立足中职教师的教育教学实践,运用"中职教师工作满意度调查问卷"对广州各类中职学校教师进行调查。研究结果表明:中职教师认为工作有价值,但不满意收入待遇;认为工作发展前景一般,对教学环境基本满意;男教师比女教师更不满意收入待遇,学历高的教师对工作发展前景较不满意,学校级别低的教师不满意教学设备情况。要想提升教师的工作满意度,需从福利待遇、培训力度以及教学设备和工作环境等方面做出改进。
Teachers are the main body of teaching. Therefore, teachers' job satisfactory degree is the basic motivation for a healthy development of schools. Based on teaching practices of secondary vocational education, the author carries out a research among teachers in vocational high schools in Guangzhou with Teachers' Job Satisfactory Questionnaire. The results show that teachers can identify with the value of their work, and dissatisfied with pay and further development prospects. Besides, they're satisfied with the work conditions in general. Comparatively, male teachers are more dissatisfied with pay than female ones; teachers with higher academic degrees are dissatisfied more with further development prospects, while teachers in less developed schools are more dissatisfied with teaching equipment. In the end, the paper points out that government should make efforts to improve pay, training, teaching devices, and working environment and so on to enhance teachers' job satisfaction.
