贵阳口岸及周边地区人群登革病毒感染情况调查

The Investigation of the Population Infected with Dengue Virus at Guiyang Port and other Close Areas

为了解贵阳口岸及周边地区人群登革病毒感染状况,采用ELISA法对755份血清样本进行登革病毒抗体检测。从中检出登革病毒抗体阳性55例,阳性率为7.28%。贵阳机场工作人员、兴义机场工作人员、册亨县居民登革病毒IgG抗体阳性率分别为7.5%、4.5%和7.2%。不同地区、不同民族、不同年龄组人群登革病毒IgG抗体阳性率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。由于存在登革病毒感染,口岸检验检疫机构应加强对口岸地区人群和蚊媒的监测力度,强化登革热的防控措施,密切关注登革热的疫情动态。

In order to investigate dengue virus infection among population at Guiyang port and other close areas, 755 serum samples of the dengue virus antibody were detected by ELISA. The positive rate is 7.28%. The rates of Gui Yang port personnel, working staff at Xing Yi Airport and residents at Ce Hen county are separate 7.5%, 4.5% and 4.9%. There was no statistical significance between areas, nations and age groups （P〉0.05）. As to the status of dengue virus infection, strengthen survelliance to persons at port and mosquitos is very important. It is also necessary to intensify prevention measurement and pay attention to the epidemic developments of dengue.
