利用自泵浦相位共轭镜改善半导体激光光束质量

摘要 通过介绍自泵浦相位共轭镜的工作原理,针对影响共轭效率的参数进行了讨论,列举了采用自泵浦相位共轭镜改善激光列阵光束输出质量的多种常用实验方案,并总结了这些方案的优缺点.在此基础上提出了一种提高相位共轭镜能量利用率的晶体结构配置方式.利用双四波混频作用区理论分析了该配置方式的合理性,并把这种配置方式引入到自泵浦相位共轭镜中,对整个利用自泵浦相位共轭镜的半导体激光器列阵实验方案进行了改进,从而显著提高了入射光束能量的利用率. In this paper, the principle of self-pumped conjugator has been introduced and some parameters which effect the conjugate efficiency have been discussed, the experiment scheme using self-pumped conjugater to improve the output quality of diode laser array has been discussed. Several general experiment schemes are described and their advantages and disadvantages are also discussed. A possible configurate to improve the absorption efficiency of the pump energy has been proposed. With the theory of four waves mixing, we have demonstrated this scheme. By introducing the scheme into self-pumped conjugater, the performance of diode laser array with self-pumped conjugate was enhanced,the usage of incident light was improved apparently.
