Taking No.34 Building of small high-rise residence of Bishui Lantian for an example,this paper analyses several factors in the process of designing,such as how to conduct the concept designing,how to make the safe and economical elementary design,how to arrange the shear wall distribution of the reinforcing bars within reason,how to arrange connecting beam and hidden beam so as to avoid waste. Such analysis aims to help the designers to master the method of designing the small high-rise building and help them to make their later designs completed safely and economically.
