摘要
研究了稀土元素Y对AZ31镁合金金相组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明:当稀土添加量为0.6%~0.9%时,仅(Mg)基体晶粒变细,并且加入量为0.9%时得到更细化的组织,13相(Mg17Al12)在晶界由连续网状变为断续弥散状分布,由于α(Mg)基体晶粒的细化和p柏形貌的改善,合金的力学性能有提高;当稀土添加量为1.2%时,α(Mg)基体晶粒显著粗化,β相(Mg17Al12)内部出现针状和圆盘状的第二相,力学性能下降。
The effects of yttrium on the microstructure and mechanical properties of AZ31 magnesium alloy were studied in this paper. The experimental results show that α (Mg) matrix is refined when the yttrium addition is 0.6 % -0.9 % and the alloy with 0.9 % yttrium addition can obtain a finer microstructure. The net likeβ phase exit in the grain boundries become discontinual and dissemination. As a result of crystal grain refinement of α(Mg) matrix and the appearance improvement of β phase. The alloy' s mechanical properties are improved. When the yttrium addition is 1.2% , the crystal grain of α(Mg) matrix remarkable eoarsed, a great deal of pin like or plate like second phase appear interior the β phase and the mechanical properties decreased.
