摘要
以镁合金AM50为研究对象,向其中加入分别加入0.5%,1.0%和1.5%的稀土Nd。AM50合金由金属型铸造方法制备。对AM50镁合金进行了微观组织观察、力学性能测试。结果表明,合金组织随着稀土的加入得到细化。合金的各项力学性能也得到显著提高,如抗拉强度σb、硬度HB、延伸率δ等。当合金中加入1%Nd的时候,合金表现出最好的显微组织和力学性能。
AM50 alloys with o. 5 % , 1.0 % and 1.5wt. % Nd were prepared by metal mould casting method. The microstructures and mecha hical properties were investigated. The results demonstrated that the grain sizes were greatly reduced with the addition of Nd. The mechanical properties including ultimate tensile strength (UTS), elongation (3) and Brinell hardness(HB) were also improved at room temperature, and the alloy containing 1% Nd exhibited the highest mechanical properties.
