摘要
针对可锻铸铁退火周期长,耗能大,退火后力学性能差的问题,通过熔炼工艺过程控制,改进退火工艺。结果表明:大大降低退火温度,缩短退火时间,提高力学性能,综合节能效果显著。
The annealing process of malleable east iron was improved by controlling the melting process. The results show that the annealing temperature was reduced, the annealing time was reduced and the mechanical properties were enhanced , which has remarkable energy conservation effect.
