高校教学管理工作直接关系到教学秩序的稳定及教学质量的提高,是学校管理工作的中心,教学管理人员是教学管理的主体因素,本研究从新的时代背景出发,阐明了我国高校建设专业化教学管理队伍的迫切性,在分析教学管理队伍现状的基础上,提出了推进教学管理队伍专业化建设的对策。

Teaching management which directly relates the stability of the teaching order and the im- provement of teaching quality is the center of the school administration in universities. The teachingadministrative personnel is a subject factor of teaching management. This paper expounds the urgency on constructing the specialized teaching management power and put forwards some countermeasures on the advancement teaching management specialization.
