摘要
胡锦涛总书记的"四点希望"是新时期师德精神的全面阐述。以此为背景,从大学的角度探索了为什么提高教师的职业道德,并从增强教师责任感;培养教师对自己、对他人、对社会的诚信意识;讲究团队合作精神,正确对待竞争与合作的关系及树立远大职业理想等4个方面具体论述了如何提高教师的职业道德,以实现"四点希望",努力塑造"真人"。
President Hu Jintao＇s “Four Hopes” is an overall illustration of the teachers＇ ethical con- ducts in the new era. Based on such background, this paper explores, from the perspective of college, the reasons why we should promote the teachers＇ professional ethics and states how to promote teach- ers＇ professional conducts in order to realize the “Four Hopes” and also try hard to mould “true persons” from the following four perspectives： boosting the teachers＇ responsibility; building a sense of honesty and trust for the teachers towards themselves, others and the society; practicing the “team- work” spirit and correctly coping with the relationship between competition and cooperation; holding a long-time professional ideal, etc
