摘要 针对工科毕业设计的特点,提出毕业设计要强化过程管理,在细致部署、严格选题、指导小组、量化答辩等环节进行了探索与实践,创新性的在毕业设计中采用了教师指导小组和二次答辩的方式,解决了高职称教师数量不足的现实问题,取得了良好效果。同时对目前毕业设计中存在的问题进行了分析并提出了毕业设计时间调整与进行相关系列讲座的对策。 In view of the characteristics of engineering graduation dissertation, strengthening the process management in graduation dissertation is presented. Careful deployment for dissertation work, strict requirements for dissertation theme, tutors group and score quantization have been studied and carried out for years. The tutors group and the secondary competitive examination are creatively used in graduation dissertations. The tutors group is used for solving inadequate professional teachers' prob- lems, which takes good effect. Meanwhile adjusting graduation dissertation time and taking interrelated lectures are presented as methods for improving graduation dissertation quality.
