摘要
西部地区矿产资源丰富,分布相对集中,开发潜力巨大,将成为中国21世纪能源和矿物原材料的基地。但西部地区环境脆弱,盲目开发将带来严重后果,必须协调环境发展,依靠科技,制订规划,加强治理,采取合理可行的战略和策略开发西部地区矿产资源。
The western China abundant in mineral resources with a concentrative distribution and much potential, will be an energy and mineral resources base in the 21st century in China. However, The frail environment in western China could bring out a severe result if developed sightlessly. This paper presents a strategy for developing mineral resources in western China that it depends on science, making planning and enhancing management.
