摘要
成果地质资料是公益投资形成的准公共产品,为社会提供服务是必须的。文章提出成果地质资料是信息化的产品、不完整的信息产品和准公共产品的特点;该产品提供社会服务具有服务面广、不可满足性、效果滞后性的特点。提出完善成果地质资料社会化服务,正确认识成果地质资料社会化服务存在的问题,严格成果地质资料汇交管理,大力扶持中介服务组织,解决社会化服务不足的问题,构建统一成果地质资料的社会化服务平台。
Archived geological data (AGD), a kind of para-public products formed by commonweal investment, shall provide service for public. The AGD, an incomplete information product and a para-public product, provides public service that bears wide service ranges, unsatisfied needs and lagging effect. This paper, aiming at optimizing the public service of AGD, analyzes the issues and presents some suggestions, including strict management of AGD, support of service agencies for the deficient public service, and construction of unified AGD public service platform.
