On 18th Sep, 2007, the State Council published the second-revised version of Provision of On-Shore Oil Resources Exploitation through International Cooperation of the People’s Republic of China. It is noted for the first time in the newly-revised regulations that except China United Coalbed Methane Co., Ltd.
On 18th Sep, 2007, the State Council published the second-revised version of Provision of On-Shore Oil Resources Exploitation through Intemational Cooperation of the People＇s Republic of China. It is noted for the first time in the newly-revised regulations that except China United Coalbed Methane Co., Ltd. （CHINA CBM） other companies assigned by the State Council will also have special rights to exploit coal gas resource with foreign countries. Reform of the policy will promote the development of our country＇s CBM industry substantially, and then cooperation with foreign countries of CBM will enter a rapid development phase.
