摘要
目的探讨消肿活络散的质量控制方法。方法用薄层色谱法作定性鉴别;配位滴定法作化学药硫酸镁的含量测定。结果中药白芷的薄层色谱斑点明显、清晰;硫酸镁的含量测定,中药成分无干扰,平均回收率为99.3%,RSD=0.66%。结论本方法简便、快速、准确,能较好地进行该制剂的质量控制。
Objective To discuss the quality control method of Xiaozhonghuoluo powder. Methods The qualitative identification was conducted by TLC,the content of MgSO4 was determined by Complex-formation titration. Results Radix Angelicae Dahuricae, Radix Dipsaci could be detected by TLC and the spots were clear. The Chinese traditional medicine did not interfere with the determination of MgSO4. The average recovery rate of MgSO4 was 99.3 % with RSD of 0.66 %. Conclusion The method is simple, accurate, and suitable for the quality control of Xiaozhonghuoluo powder.
