摘要
目的建立HPLC测定复方芦丁片中芦丁的含量。方法采用反相高效液相色谱法;色谱柱为HYPERSILODS—C18柱(4,6mm×250mm,5μm);流动相为甲醇-0.1%冰醋酸(15:35);检测波长为359nm;流速为1.0ml/min;柱温为35℃;进样量为20止。结果芦丁在5.0~50.0μg/ml浓度范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系,回归方程为Y=99384X-22521,r=0.9999。平均回收率为99.3%,RSD为0,70%(n=6)。结论本法快速简便,准确,重现性好。
Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of rutoside in compound rutoside tablets. Methods RPHPLC method, the analytical column was HYPERSIL ODS-C18 (4.6 mm × 250 mm ,5 μm). The mobile phase consisted of methanol-0. 1% phosphoric acid (15: 35). The detector wavelength was set at 359 nm. The flow rate was 1.0 ml/min. The column temperature was at 35 ℃. The injection vohlme was 20 μl. Results The calibration curve was linear in the range of 0.95 - 30.4 μg/ml of rutin with correlation coefficient of 0. 9999, and the regression equation as Y = 99384X - 22521. The average recovery of the method was 99.3% ,and RSD was 0.70% ( n =6). Conclusion The method is quick,accurate,and simple with good repetition.
