Determination of Rutoside in Compound Rutoside Tablets by HPLC

目的建立HPLC测定复方芦丁片中芦丁的含量。方法采用反相高效液相色谱法；色谱柱为HYPERSILODS—C18柱（4，6mm×250mm，5μm）；流动相为甲醇-0．1％冰醋酸（15：35）；检测波长为359nm；流速为1．0ml／min；柱温为35℃；进样量为20止。结果芦丁在5．0～50．0μg／ml浓度范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系，回归方程为Y=99384X-22521，r=0．9999。平均回收率为99．3％，RSD为0，70％（n=6）。结论本法快速简便，准确，重现性好。

Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of rutoside in compound rutoside tablets. Methods RPHPLC method, the analytical column was HYPERSIL ODS-C18 （4.6 mm × 250 mm ,5 μm）. The mobile phase consisted of methanol-0. 1% phosphoric acid （15： 35）. The detector wavelength was set at 359 nm. The flow rate was 1.0 ml/min. The column temperature was at 35 ℃. The injection vohlme was 20 μl. Results The calibration curve was linear in the range of 0.95 - 30.4 μg/ml of rutin with correlation coefficient of 0. 9999, and the regression equation as Y = 99384X - 22521. The average recovery of the method was 99.3% ,and RSD was 0.70% （ n =6）. Conclusion The method is quick,accurate,and simple with good repetition.
