摘要
目的建立天黄猴枣散的质量标准。方法用薄层色谱法鉴别天黄猴枣散中天麻、猴枣、体外培育牛黄;用高效液相色谱法对制刺中天麻素进行定量分析,Phenomenex C18(4.60mm×250mm,4μm)色谱柱,流动相为甲醇-0.05%磷酸溶液(3:97);检测波长220nm,流速1.0ml/min,柱温25℃。结果定性鉴别分离度好,专属性强;天麻素对照品在进样量为0.1-2μg之间与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999,n=6),平均加样回收率为99.51%(RSD=2.4%,n=6)。结论所建立的方法可靠、专属性强,可有效控制天黄猴枣散的质量。
Objective To establish the quality standard for Tianhuang Houzao powder. Methods Rhizoma Gastrodiae, Pellis Ovis, and Calculus Boris Sativus in Tianhuang Houzao powder were identified by TLC. The content of Gastrodin in the powder was determined by HPLC, The HPLC condition was as follows: column was Phenomenex C18 (4.60 mm × 250 mm ,4 μm), the mobile phase consisted of methanol- 0.05% phosphoric acid (3:97 ), the UV detection wavelength was at 220 nm, the flow rate was 1.0 ml/min with column temperature at 25 ℃. Results The characteristic identification by TLC was distinct and highly specific. The calibration curve of Gastrodin CRS was linear within 0.1 - 2 μg ( r = 0. 9999, n = 6). The average recovery was 99.51% ( RSD = 2.4 %, n = 6). Conclusion The method is reliable,accurate,and specific. It can be used for quality control of Tianhuang Houzao Powder.
