白菜雄性不育系及保持系的花器官和抗氧化酶活性的差异 被引量:2

摘要 以3个遗传背景不同的父本转育而成的白菜不育系(04-256,04-320,04-376)及其相应的保持系(04-34,04-56,04-102)为材料,观察花蕾和花药等花器官的形态变化;同时对其开花期的花蕾、花茎、花瓣、雌蕊和叶子的ASA-POD(抗坏血酸过氧化物酶),POD(过氧化物酶),CAT(过氧化氢酶),SOD(超氧化物歧化酶)等抗氧化酶活性进行测定。结果表明:(1)3份不育材料不育度均为100%,不育系花蕾纤细、瘪,雄蕊乳白色、退化成短丝状、无花粉;(2)各器官的ASA-POD,POD,CAT,SOD等抗氧化酶的活性变化在开花期表现基本一致,花蕾的抗氧化酶活性不育系高于保持系,而雌蕊的酶活性表现则相反,抗氧化酶活性保持系均高于不育系,且每个对应的不育系和保持系材料间均达显著差异;保持系和不育系的花茎、花瓣、叶子的抗氧化酶活性不同。 We carried out either observations of both buds and anthers or determinations of ASA-POD,POD, CAT, SOD in buds, scapes, petals, pistil and leaves of three sterile lines (04-256, 04-320, 04-376) and their corresponding maintainer lines (04-34,04-56,04-102) during flowering period. The results show that ( 1 ) the three sterile lines, slight and shrunken in buds, ivory-white and short-silky in pistils were steadily 100 % of male-sterile ratio; (2) the trends of ASA-POD, POD, CAT, SOD activities in the floral organs tested were consistent during anthesis. Antioxidant enzyme activities in buds were higher in sterile lines than maintainer lines, whereas antioxidant enzyme activities in pistils vice versa. There are significant difference in activity of all 4 enzymes between sterile lines and their corresponding maintainer lines. Antioxidant enzyme activities in scapes, petals, leaves exhibit different trend in sterile lines and maintainer lines.
