摘要 植物成株抗性是指植物在苗期不表达而到成株期才表达的抗病性,现已在多种植物对多种病害的抗性中发现这种现象,但目前关于植物不同形式成株抗性的机理研究报道较少。文章从植物成株抗性中的防卫反应、防卫基因和抗病基因等几方面阐述其作用机理,并对其今后的发展作了展望。 Adult plant resistance (APR) refers to the kind of resistance expressed only at adult plant growth stage not at seedling stage. APR has been observed in many kinds of plants resistant to various diseases, however, only a little knowledge is known about the actual mechanisms of APR. The functionary mechanisms of APR through defense responses, defense genes, resistance genes, etc are discussed and the prospect of its development is also expected in the paper.
