Give Full Play to Backbone Roles in Regional Services

庄河市教师进修学校在开展"十一五"教师教育工作时,一方面协助大连教育学院抓好市级骨干教师培训的组织工作,另一方面发挥这批高级骨干教师的引领作用,搞好区域服务。在做区域服务时,我们主要通过召开县级教研会,让骨干引领骨干;通过灵活开展片级教研,在校际联动中发挥骨干作用;通过让骨干与大连市名师联手,以送课到校的方式发挥引领作用;通过开展课堂教学开放月活动,充分发挥每位骨干教师在区域服务中的作用。

During the eleventh five-year teachers education ,what Zhuanghe teachers training school did are assisting Dalian Education University to train backbone teachers, having better regional service with the help of these backbone teachers. When doing regional services, they gear up the other main teachers, also through open classroom teaching month, we have given full play to every mainstay teacher.
