罗丹明6G共振光散射法测定痕量亚硝酸根 被引量:1

摘要 在盐酸介质中,痕量亚硝酸根与罗丹明6G发生亚硝化反应,使罗丹明6G溶液在527nm处的共振散射光强度明显下降,从而建立了共振光散射法测定痕量亚硝酸根的新方法.方法的线性范围为0.02×10-6~0.2×10-6g/mL,检出限为1.22×10-8gm/L.方法用于废水和蔬菜中痕量亚硝酸根的测定,回收率在95.5%~104.9%之间。 A new resonance scattering spectrum method has been developed for the determination of trace nitrite. The method is based on the resonance light scattering spectrum quenching of rhodamine 6G by the nitrosation reaction of rhodamine 6G with nitrite in hydrochloric acid medium at 527 nm. The linear range for the determination of NO2- was 0.02 × 10^-6 -0. 2 ×10^-6 g/mL. The detection limit was 1.12 × 10^-8 g/mL. The method has been applied to determine trace nitrite in vegetable samples and water sample. The recoveries were 95.5% -104. 9%.
