从伦理学的视角,探析体育伦理教育在裁判员队伍培养中的地位和意义,在培训时应注重伦理道德思想教育、加强裁判员内在素质的塑造.另外,体育伦理学还应纳入裁判员队伍培养的必修内容,加强监督、奖惩力度等举措提高裁判队伍的执法能力,以利于进一步提高裁判员的内在素养和在竞赛中的执法水平。

From the angle of view that the ethics learn, we analyze the position and meaning in sports ethics education of cultivation referee, and put forward the sport moral education that plays attention to strengthen of referee the inherent quality, the sports ethics of education should bring into the required course of cultivation, supervision and punishment etc. It is raising the sports ethics to judge of the law level in athletic competitions.
