摘要
黑糜峰工程地下厂房和洞室群为大体积混凝土结构,为使其混凝土耐久性达到较高要求,通过配制掺矿粉混凝土和不掺矿粉混凝土进行力学性能及耐久性能试验对比,结果表明选用掺矿粉混凝土,既可减少水泥用量、降低混凝土成本,又可改善混凝土的和易性和可泵性,提高混凝土耐久性能,并达到工程设计和规范要求.
The underground factory building and cavern groups in Heimifeng project are mainly concrete structures. To strengthen the endurance of the concrete, we conducted an experimental comparison between the concrete with and without mineral powder, and the test of the concrete mechanical property and endurance. The results indicate that the concrete with mineral powder is useful in that the cement consumption is reduced and the concrete workability and pumpability are improved. Using the concrete with mineral powder, we improve the endurance of the concrete which lives up to the standard of the project design and request.
