我国企业知识转化与核心能力形成的相关性实证研究

The Positivistic Research on Correlation between Knowledge Transferring and Formation of Core Competence in Chinese Enterprises

知识管理既是一个前沿的管理学研究领域,又是一项悠久的企业管理活动。知识管理行为在我国企业管理实践中事实上早已存在。企业知识理论的核心内容认为,在知识经济时代知识管理是核心能力形成的主要源泉,而知识转化是知识管理活动中的重要环节。文章运用结构方程模型,对我国企业知识管理活动在核心能力形成中的微观机理进行实证性检验,为知识管理活动在我国企业界的全面推广与开展提供现实的理论借鉴。

The knowledge management is not only a modem management concept but also a kind of managerial activity of enterprises in our country for a long time. The knowledge theory notes that the knowledge management is the most important resource for the formation of enterprise＇s core competence in the age of knowledge economy, and that the knowledge transferring is the key to the process of knowledge management. With the SEM, this paper would certify the efficiency of knowledge transferring the formation of enterprise＇s core competence in our country, which may bring theoretical help for the popularity of knowledge management comprehensively in our country.
