摘要
诺尔斯成人教学论是关于成人教和学的科学,它以学习过程为切入点,明确指出了成人学习的特征。该教学论为继续教育课程开发带来了很多启示,为成人继续教育的课程改革提供了新的视角。
M.Knowles' Andragogy is the science about how to teach and how to learn in adult education. It clearly points out the characteristics of adult study revolving around learning process. The Andragogy brings some inspirations to course development in occupational training and provides a new angle of view for the course reform in occupational training.
