On Ideological and Political Competence and Its Cultivation

品德能力是指思想政治教育所培养的受教育者的思想政治品德能力。品德能力具有价值评判的意义,是一种生存为"人"的能力。文章探讨了品德能力的内涵、结构,分析了品德能力的基本形式及其培养的微观思路。

Competence of ideological and political characters includes the competence of cognition, sentiment, will and behavior of ideological and political character. The competence born with the meaning of value judgement is the one for existing as human being. On the basis of research achievements about the competence, the paper discusses the connotation and structure of the competence, also analyses the essential forms of the competence and microcosmic way of thinking about its cultivation.
