实时全景超声成像在浅表软组织及脏器检查中的应用前景 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨实时全景超声成像技术临床应用发展前景。方法:对298例受检者浅表软组织、小器官及脏器的不同部位进行常规实时超声检查,对病灶体积较大的器官或瘤体自由移动探头采集超宽视野图像,从而得到一副非常完整的超声解剖结构图。结果:实时全景超声应用临床,对较大器官和肿块的显示与测量及复杂病变整体的研究方面具有独特的优势,从而克服了以往常规检查的测量误差。结论:实时全景超声成像可增加超声的视野,弥补常规实时超声视野局限的不足,可全程显示器官解剖结构,为临床诊断提供丰富的信息。 OBJECTIVE : To probe into the clinical application prospect of the Real - time Panoramic Ultrasound Imaging technology. METHOD : Different parts of superficial soft tissues, small organs and visceras of 298 cases of subjects accepted routine real - time ultrasound examination, and the relatively large size of organs or tumors need free movement probe to gather wide field of vision images, thereby a very complete ultrasonic anatomy structure chart can be obtained. RESULTS : The technigues showed a unique advantage in the display and measurement of larger organs and tumos and complex pathological Changes consequently measurement error created by the routine inspections can be overcome. CONCLUSION: The real - time panoramic ultrasound imaging can increase visual field of ultrasound, making up the deficiencies of routine real - time ultrasound vision limitations. It can also directly shows the organ anatomy structure and offers plenty of information for clinical diagnosis.
