摘要
世界经济正处于全球化的浪潮中,而这正是企业进行全球供应链管理的基础,从经济全球化这一宏观环境出发,本文探讨了全球供应链管理的运作模式,描述了我国企业全球供应链管理的现状,肯定了我国企业在全球供应链管理中所取得的成果,并着重从政府、行业协会、企业等角度多层面地分析了我国企业全球供应链管理面临的挑战,最后针对这些挑战提出了相应的策略。
Economic Globalization is the foundation of enterprises＇ Global supply chain management, starts from this environmental institution this paper analyzes the operational mechanism of global supply chain management firstly, then depicts the status quo and challenges of Chinese enterprises＇ global supply chain management, and finally tries to make some suggestions in the sake of Chinese government and enterprises.
